HTWF's Magazine Company

HTWF magazines along with all other HTWF media are of paramount importance to the longterm economic success of HTWF. The magazines play a vital role in getting out our central message of service and character improvement, making Michael's Army aware of new and evolving projects, and provides greater cohesion to an otherwise large and fragmented community. These magazines will be produced for an international market, and, in line with HTWF's green sensibilities, will use recycled materials and online content to reduce waste.

HTWF magazines will be written in dozens of languages, with offices all over the world. Sometimes our learning centers will double as print-media offices. Some magazines will be created with regional-specific themes, but all will promote the aims of HTWF. Each magazine will be promoted and offered online, unless local conditions make that impractical. Sales will be facilitated by word of mouth, Michael's Army, (door to door), as well as through HTWF Call Centers.

HTWF magazines, like all HTWF media companies, will operate contrary to the current norms of mass media where typically popular themes are milked to ensure improved circulation.

The real important stories that need to be told, many which are being largely ignored by sensational media outlets, will be aggressively distributed. Promoting, glamorizing and validating character growth, while vilifying poor character and corruption of every kind. This will be the stance of all HTWF print and electronic media.

In circumstances where it is impossible to be both a charity and advocate of controversial political causes, some of our magazines will be published by The United Fleet (TUF), a brother company of HTWF.

Who is our market?

Initially, the English speaking developed nations, but soon magazines will be produced globally and certain magazines will be translated into many languages.

How does this initiative promote HTWF?

  • Publishing information blunts human differences so that local efforts are owned by the community at large, and that, for example, local struggles are perceived as a larger Michael's-Army struggle (i.e. "if you beat up on my little brother, you beat up on the whole family.")
  • Establishing a direct connection to the public when crisis occurs in an attempt to prevent a rush-to-judgement of others and similar misunderstandings that can lead to conflict and war.
  • Promoting anything HTWF needs advertised (free) as the need arises.
  • Journalism that edifies and lifts people, such as "good character stories" along with more emphasis on "outpost" injustices rarely covered by the international community.
  • Offering HTWF the very important leverage to barter and trade advertising time, for much needed cash savings on materials, supplies and various equipment used to operated all of HTWF's companies and services. (Tens of millions will be saved.)
  • By challenging the assumptions of much of the current print media that suggests that you must pander to the lowest common denominator to maintain profitability.
  • By edifying the public with print entertainment and news that consistently "improves" them, the economy and the world abroad.
  • By providing accurate and yet wholesome journalism, and yet avoiding unneeded nastiness used only to sell copy
  • By providing stories and coverage prioritized around issues of real importance to mankind's survival and progress, rather than solely on what sells

  • Producing news and entertainment that teaches character growth
  • Produce an effective medium to consistently glamorize TGOL and Michael's Army
  • Expose injustice, corruption, global inhumanity wherever the opportunity arises
